Video Production Services for the Charity Sector

Video plays a vital role for charities.  From increasing awareness and fundraising, to case study videos and service overviews, video can help a charity grow and reach the people it needs to reach!

At St Oswald’s Hospice, quality, expert, tailored care is at the very heart of what they do. But on top of this, they strive to make everyone’s stay with them the very best it can be and help families to enjoy being together at an often difficult time. As well as fulfilling their medical and emotional needs, their team try to make the little things that make a big difference happen for their patients. This video introduces you to some of their patients and families who will explain how the little things have made a big difference to them during their time at the Hospice.

Concordia is a vocal project funded by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, working with schools in the North East to explore the impact of learning through the arts.  Our film documented the programme and showed the many benefits that projects like this can bring to young people including growth of confidence, independent thinking and nurturing of relationships.

St Oswald’s Hospice offers a variety of much needed services.  One of their lesser known services is the care they offer for children and young adults.  We made a short film to explain how this service works and who its for!

Action Deafness are a deaf-led charity providing a huge array of services for the deaf and hard of hearing.  Turps Film were contracted to produce a series of videos focusing on each of their service offers.

What Our Clients Say

The response has been absolutely fantastic, with over 4,000 households watching on our Facebook and via the website as it happened!

We has hundreds of comments, all positive and everyone said what a moving and comforting service it has been, its amazing to know we brought something to people’s living rooms that made such a difference.

Thank you so much for working with us on this and for giving your time and skills to make something way better than we could ever have hoped for, when we first pondered the idea of a recorded service

Nikki Maguire, St Oswald's Hospice

Turps Film have always gone the extra mile to ensure we have a quality and engaging final product. During lockdown, Luke went above and beyond to make sure we could capture those unique moments when each child met for the first time the maker who was making their idea real, especially the child’s reaction to seeing their idea brought to life. Through their flexibility and creativity, Turps Film helped us to keep our project alive and on track, ensuring the Pioneers children, their teachers, parents and classmates all felt part of the initiative during such challenging times.
