Every brand has a story and a brand video is one of the most powerful ways to tell it!
A brand video is more than just a chance to explain what you do. It’s your voice, your tone, your values and your personality, all brought to life on screen. A sets the dedicated film sets the mood, makes the message stick and gives your audience something to connect with.
At Turps Film, we work with brands at every stage from launching as a start-up, evolving, or simply ready to step things up a gear. Some come to us with a strong visual identity and a clear voice. Others are still working that out. Either way, we help shape video content that’s true to who they are and designed to cut through the noise.
Brand videos come in all shapes and sizes but the good ones always have clarity, confidence and character. They don’t just show a product or rattle off a mission statement. They communicate belief. They help audiences feel something. And they leave a lasting impression.
We’ve created everything from mission and manifesto films, company culture stories, product showcases and rebrand reveals, to brand awareness campaigns and brand-led event highlights. Whether it’s a fast-paced montage or a more reflective narrative, we tailor each project to the tone, pace, and ambition of the brand.
What ties them together is purpose and a visual approach that’s creatively aligned with the brand it represents. That might mean working closely within existing brand guidelines, or helping to develop a new direction entirely. We collaborate with in-house teams, agencies, or brand leads to ensure each film fits seamlessly into a wider strategy while still standing strong on its own.
A great brand video doesn’t just explain what you do – it captures who you are and why it matters.
EXAMPLES OF OUR BRAND VIDEO PROJECTS
Newcastle School for Boys wanted to create a brand video which would showcase the unique experience, ethos, and opportunities available at the school in just a few minutes. Something to give parents an idea as to why Newcastle School for Boys was the right choice for their child. The video effectively sells the USPs of the school and does so using actual testimonials from their own students. It reached 1,000 views in its first day and the reception has been fantastic.
We worked with Forfusion to produce a testimonial-led case study, showcasing their partnership with Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. Filmed at the Northumbria Healthcare Academy (NSECH), the video features interviews with NHS staff and Forfusion experts, capturing the real-world impact of their infrastructure upgrades. The result is a concise, story-driven piece that demonstrates how smart digital transformation can directly support better patient care.
Durham Distillers needed brand videos to accompany their kickstarter campaign and social media pages. We spent a day in their distillery and in a local pub to create beautiful hero shots and imagery representative of their brand.
Survey Kiosk wanted a video to help promote their app Surveyapp – an immediate feedback application to employ in terminals across a variety of venues including restaurants, airports and bars. Using just an ipad and a tv studio we were able to capture an effective promotional video with a fast turnaround.
We worked with Cameo Digital to create a vibrant and authentic overview brand video, showcasing their expertise in digital marketing and strategic consultancy. Through engaging interviews and dynamic visuals, the film highlights Cameo’s collaborative approach, industry knowledge, and the real impact they deliver for clients. With a relaxed yet professional tone, this video captures the essence of their brand, making it a powerful tool for attracting new clients and talent alike.
Weberwall brick is a quick fix, lightweight and durable solution for new build homes, offsite construction, refurbishment projects and interior fit-out. Weber wanted a short, engaging promotional video to introduce the product to their audience across various social media channels. The video received strong engagement and the product went on to sell incredibly well.
