Between us we've spent more than 30 years filming, editing and producing. We've interviewed Brian Blessed, Ann Cleeves and a lot of very nervous CEOs.

We'll film a single interview in an afternoon, or spend three days across a factory, delivery rounds and customers' homes. Either way, the day's planned to the minute.
