Training Video Production

Nobody wants another 40-minute induction
Training video goes wrong when it’s treated as a box to tick: long, dense and skipped at the first chance. We sit down with your subject experts, pull out the things people need to remember, and build short, clear films around those.
For CTD Tiles that meant three training programmes split into 15 modules staff can come back to whenever they need a refresher.

How a training film comes together
Here's the call sheet. It's the same one our crew works from, minus the parking details.
| Sc. | Where | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | On the phone | A chatTwenty minutes on who the film’s for and what it needs to do. No brief? No problem. That’s what the chat’s for. |
| 02 | Our office | The planInterview questions or a script, a shot list, a schedule and a fixed quote. You sign it off before anyone picks up a camera. |
| 03 | Your site | The shootUsually a day or two. We bring the cameras, lights and crew, and get your people relaxed before we roll. |
| 04 | The edit suite | The editDominic cuts it, you watch it, and two rounds of changes are included as standard. |
| 05 | Your inbox | DeliveryEvery version you need for your website, socials and events, with subtitles. |
We'll learn your process first
We’ve made training and safeguarding films for tile retailers, building product installers and safeguarding partnerships, and we’re happy to sit through your induction ourselves before we script it. We also run workshops for teams who want to film some of their own content, like we’ve done with Weber.
Have a project in mind?
“They have a real talent for turning complex installation processes into clear, structured training content. They listen to our technical teams and product specialists, making sure every detail is shown in a way that feels true to real practice.”
